Launch

Launch is not the finish line -- it is the starting line. We treat production deployment as a process, not an event. DNS, SSL, CDN, database migrations, environment variables, secrets management, monitoring, alerting. Every piece has a checklist.

We deploy with zero-downtime strategies. Blue-green deployments, rolling updates, or database migrations that run before the code that depends on them. Your users should never see a maintenance page unless something has gone very wrong.

Every launch includes a monitoring stack: error tracking (Sentry), uptime monitoring, performance baselines, and alerting that pages the right person when something breaks. We set SLOs based on your requirements and build dashboards that show whether you are meeting them.

We do a launch retrospective after every project. What went well, what did not, what we would do differently. This is how we improve our process and how you learn what to expect from the next project.

Post-launch support is part of the deal. Bugs found in the first 30 days after launch are fixed at no extra cost. We do not disappear after deploy.
